SANSOM, Ruth Leona (Curtis) 80 years. Peacefully at home on December 19, 2009. Beloved wife of the late Robert Gwynne Sansom (1997). Dear mother of Lynn Sansom (Edward) of Peterborough and Gail Gauthier (Pierre) of Western Shore, N.S. Grandmother of Deanna and Danielle. Sister of Joanne Batton (Victor), Paul Curtis (Donna) and the late Arthur, Iila, Dorothy and John. Ruth was extremely active in volunteering in many aspects of the Windsor Community. She spent much of her time baking pies for Jesus at Westminster United Church, her chosen spiritual family for decades. At Ruth's request visitation will be held at Westminster United Church 1680 Dougall Ave., Windsor on Tuesday, December 22, 2009 from 11 am until the time of the memorial service at 12 noon. In kindness memorial tributes to Westminster United Church or the charity of your choice would be greatly appreciated. Funeral arrangements entrusted to Walter D. Kelly Funeral Home and Cremation Centre, 1969 Wyandotte St. E., Windsor.
